Hello Pirate Families! My name is Courtney Whited, and I am so excited to be a part of this incredible school community. I began my career in education in 2008, with the majority of my time spent in Kindergarten and First Grade, as well as a few valuable years in Special Education. I truly believe in creating a nurturing, engaging, and joyful classroom where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to learn.
I'm happily married and I am the proud mom of three amazing kids — Adalee, Kinnik, and Trice. When I’m not in the classroom, you can usually find me watching football, reading a great book, or enjoying a little shopping.
I’m so excited to partner with you this year to help your child grow academically, socially, and emotionally. It’s going to be a fantastic journey, and I’m honored to be a part of your child’s story!
